While Christmas and the New Year’s celebrations have concluded, it can still be challenging to keep track of the days and any upcoming plans.
We are excited to announce that are resuming classes on Monday, January 6th, starting with a dynamic Pilates session, followed by Zumba.
New classes for 2025 will include a return of Kids’ classes! And Food by Kraven’s 4 Food
We sincerely apologize for the delay in assigning instructors and scheduling additional Holistic and Toning classes for our members.
Our objective is to finalise the new classes by March 2025.
We are pleased to announce our collaboration with Simona from Danza Rocks and extend a warm invitation to Fit by Sonic parents to participate in the children’s classes held every Wednesday at Churchmore Road.

Should you experience any difficulties, we encourage you to contact Marina, who will be happy to assist you with your booking.
Additionally, as many of us have had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Adi, we are excited to share that we have acquired a venue in Croydon to support our members in achieving their lifestyle goals.
Please note that the completion of this acquisition will take approximately three months.

Prices 2025
Price Increase Notification – We continue to provide Pay-As-You-Go classes
For the past 15 years, we have successfully maintained our class prices, but it has now become necessary to adjust them in line with today’s economy.
We are offering two types of 10-class passes for selected classes. The Standard 10 Class Pass will remain at £40 and will replace the former Junkie card,
The Multi 10 Class Pass is priced at £55. Also, Stripe payments and Paypal have been switched back on.
- Standard 10 Class Pass – £40.00 – applicable exclusively to Boot Camp and Zumba.
- Multi 10 Class Pass – £55 – can be utilised for all classes on the Fit by Sonic timetable
The new pricing for individual classes PAYG follows:
- Boot Camp & Zumba: £6.00
- Toning & Conditioning: £7.50 (only card and bank payments or the Multi pass can be booked via BAC’s payment, which must be completed by 5 PM)
- Pilates: £9.00
Please take note of the new price schedule, and be aware that our third-party system has certain limitations. We wish to discontinue cash payments for Toning & Conditioning classes due to the reduced number of sessions available. While the system will accept such payments, we will need to reject them as a matter of policy, as we are required to adhere to the rules set by the software.
