For the past 15 years, we have successfully maintained our class prices, but it has now become necessary to adjust them in line with today’s economy.

This event was organised to commemorate 15 years of maintaining a vibrant and accessible community. We invite you to participate today and mingle with our team and members who have contributed to this remarkable journey. We express our immense gratitude for all our accomplishments as we stand united as a community.
We are honoured to have a special guest joining us Jeff Davila CEO, the talented creator of Aerolatino & Rumbalatina Fit who will showcase our salsa works.
Marta is our business partner and the founder of Fit Forever Coaching Club known as FFCC.UK. And- Introducing the talented Cherise a former member and then a certified Zumba fitness instructor, is a remarkable achievement within FBS!
Olly Update: Olly is developing into a beautiful and intelligent young man. He has undergone another surgery recently, and we will continue supporting Olly and his family.
We are having a Party on 30th September 2024 to Celebrate 15 years of low-cost & high-quality classes in our community. We continue to keep fitness Fun!

We have been given the time around 1 pm to do our thing! Was a fantastic event, our members shied away due to rain – but we had the heavens opened for our families and friends to come together,. Fit by Sonic Celebrating Five Years RIP Claudia Fontaine well known backup singer Fit by Sonic 5th Birthday
Your name Your email Subject Your message (optional) Claudia Fontaine was a backing vocalist from Peckham, London and a good friend of Marina’s who support Fit by Sonic. She joined us for our 5th birthday as a special guest. Sadly we lost a good friend Claudia Fontaine in 2018.During the 1980s, Fontaine and fellow backing vocalist Caron Wheeler (and later, third member Naomi Thompson) were known as Afrodiziak. She made an appearance in the video “Back to Life (However Do You Want Me)” with Soul II Soul. She also performed with such artists as The Jam, Paul Weller, Elvis Costello and The Attractions, Marilyn, Madness, Neneh Cherry, The Specials, Heaven 17, Hothouse Flowers and Howard Jones. Fontaine sang background vocals on the hit single “Free Nelson Mandela” by The Special AKA. Fontaine was the lead vocalist on The Beatmasters’ hit single of 1989 “Warm Love”, which is included on their debut album Anywayawanna.
