Price Increase Notification – We continue to provide Pay-As-You-Go classes
For the past 15 years, we have successfully maintained our class prices, but it has now become necessary to adjust them in line with today’s economy.

Our 15th Party – countdown! 30th September 2024
This event was organised to commemorate 15 years of maintaining a vibrant and accessible community. We invite you to participate today and mingle with our team and members who have contributed to this remarkable journey. We express our immense gratitude for all our accomplishments as we stand united as a community.
We are honoured to have a special guest joining us Jeff Davila CEO, the talented creator of Aerolatino & Rumbalatina Fit who will showcase our salsa works.
Marta is our business partner and the founder of Fit Forever Coaching Club known as FFCC.UK. And- Introducing the talented Cherise a former member and then a certified Zumba fitness instructor, is a remarkable achievement within FBS!
Olly Update: Olly is developing into a beautiful and intelligent young man. He has undergone another surgery recently, and we will continue supporting Olly and his family.
We are having a Party on 30th September 2024 to Celebrate 15 years of low-cost & high-quality classes in our community. We continue to keep fitness Fun!

You will be able to browse stalls boasting a range of food and drink, fashion, toys and books. Meet the crew of Fit by Sonic! A 20-minute demonstration of our exciting Zumba Keep Fit classes. We have been given the time around 1 pm to do our thing! Was a fantastic event, our members shied away due to rain – but we had the heavens opened for our families and friends to come together,. We know that our customer’s value for money is with Fit by Sonic. We believe we are the cheapest Pay As You Go classes in South London. If any reason you find any of the listed classes cheaper we are happy to match.

There are a variety of skills amongst us that other members may require. Talk to us about your business & skills at your next class. Please help us with giving all year round to the ones less fortunate Food Bank via Fit by Sonic. Drop off at your next class. Our member Amanda supports the Norwood and Brixton Food Bank all year around.Throughout 2023 we will be providing our members an easier option to drop off unwanted items atStreatham Common venue every Monday evening. Last drop at 20:15 pm.Please only long-life food – e.g. tinned tomatoes, long-life pasta sauce, tinned soup, tinned ( non-pork ) meals, Toiletries, UHT Milk – No Fresh Produce.
