15yrs of fit by sonic tonight @ 7pm
Let’s get the party started on September 30th, 2024, to celebrate 15 years of fitness in our community and keep the energy high! NO NEED TO BOOK – Dress code ( optional) – diamonds, sparkles & glitters bring people to experience what we do best.
Please Note: The first half hour will be announcements and many prize giveaways, i.e. over 20 FBS hoodies and tee-shirts to our valued members voted by you, throughout 2024 and to acknowledge all our achievements.
Our goal is to offer high-quality classes at a low price while also supporting local charities and small businesses. We’ve been all about making fitness accessible to our community for 15 years, and we’re not planning on stopping anytime soon. But we could use your help to cover our expenses!
Remember the colder the weather gets the hotter we get !!!!!

We’re super excited to have special guests: Jeff Davila, the mastermind behind Aerolatino & Rumbalatina Fit, demonstrates some cool salsa moves.
Marta, is our business partner and the founder of Fit Forever Coaching Club known FFCC And introducing the talented Cherise a former member and then a certified Zumba fitness instructor, a remarkable achievement within FBS!
This year, Lesley Catering Services won’t be joining us, but we’re thrilled to welcome Kravin’ 4 Food as our chosen caterers. They’re known for their food that caters to different lifestyles. Remember, what you eat can impact your overall well-being! Adi and Merna have plenty of tips to share beyond just eating healthy. Remember, you are what you eat! Adi and Merna have much more to offer beyond just good nutrition.
